Laboratory
ASBW has a laboratory for research and analysis of non-ferrous metals, such as:
1 Spark source optical emission spectroscopy based on Cu, Zn and Al
2 Atomic absorption spectrophotometry
3 ICP - Plasma atomic emission
4 Optical Microscopy with three ocular (50x; 100x; 200x and 400x) with video camera, monitor and Video Printer
5 Electron Microscopy (SEM) for scanning with X-ray analyzer system (C (carbon) to U (Uranium)
6 Traction, Compression Machine
7 Hardness evaluation equipment - HRB; HV; HB
8 Instruments of precision for dimensional control
Quality Management System
The certification of the Quality Management System in compliance with the NP EN ISO 9001:2015 Standard constitutes a priority and a necessary stage to the development of innovative processes capable of producing constant improvements, both in terms of the quality of product and services, as well as delivery deadlines, flexibility and immediate reply, thus contributing to the satisfaction of our customers’ needs.
Health and Safety
In terms of health and safety in the workplace, ASBW carries out prevention of danger recognition studies, risk assessments and measures carried out to prevent/reduce the risks for the health and safety in the workplace – by sectors, among others.
Social Responsability
ASBW adopts a policy of Social Responsibility, reducing the environmental impact of its activities. Believing in the compatibility between technological progress and environmental preservation, ASBW environmental policy is based on the following principles:
- To continuously evaluate and improve the environmental performance of its products, processes and activities;
- To assure conformity with the environmental legislation and other applicable regulations to the area of activity;
- To prevent and to minimize the pollution through the identification and control of the significant environmental aspects (residues and atmospheric emissions), based on environmental and quality management systems.
